Computer Replaced
Computer was replaced because Cruise control, auto steer and FSD did not work. Would not offer gray steering wheel.
- 2-3 hours was forecast duration
- 6 hours actual time
- FSD did not show up when car returned to driver
- Was told after Autopilot calibration, all would be fine
- Still no Autopilot
- Service manager failed to close service ticket
- After service ticket closed, FSD showed up and required more calibration
- All local profile settings were lost; seats, mirrors, steering wheel, garage door opener, WiFi etc
- All cloud driver profiles lost, 24 hours later still lost. Profiles showed up at about 26 hours. No action taken, they just showed up.
- Cruises control, auto pilot and FSD work now.
- Received V12.3 FSD next morning.
