The Belkin Mini Surge Protector with USB Charger is a good product. We use it with an extension cord when traveling to provide outlets in motel rooms. We used to carry two or three power strips and two or three iPhone charging cubes. The Belkin device (Part # BZ103050-TVL) eliminated all the power strips and two of the charging cubes. A nice feature is the rotating power plug to accommodate various outlet configurations.
